Timothy is a licensed, experienced attorney who has practiced law in Northern Colorado since 2004. He has provided dedicated representation in legal matters that impact families, including domestic relations, employment law, criminal defense, and civil cases. He has a solid background as a trial attorney and feels confident in front of a jury.
With a deep-rooted commitment to Colorado and the local community, Timothy's experience includes being a State-appointed Legal Counsel for Dependency & Neglect cases, being one of two attorneys selected to be involved with the Larimer County Family Treatment Court, and participating in the Best Practices Team, working on streamlining the family court process with judges, attorneys, social workers, and service providers in Larimer County.
His work includes helping hard-working people facing legal issues understand the situation, and his goal is to prevent his clients from being treated unfairly by others. He has a unique ability to relate to his clients because his path to becoming an attorney involved more than just college, law school, and internships.
Originally from the Chicago area, Timothy had a culinary career that began with dishwashing and evolved into becoming a Sous Chef at fine dining establishments in Milwaukee, Denver, and Carmel, California. He worked his way through his undergraduate degree, taught butchery and fishmongering in Denver, and completed law school in Ohio while helping to raise his two daughters. Timothy graduated from Case Western University Law School, moved to Colorado, and has been working as an attorney for over twenty years.
